On Thursday, August 22, 2019, PT Intiland Development Tbk. launched the construction phase of the SQ Rés apartment project, located at South Quarter, T.B. Simatupang.
Intiland’s Director of Business Development, Permadi Indra Yoga, said that the construction of SQ Rés complements the concept of the South Quarter development, a modern integrated office area with an area of 7.9 hectares.
“The SQ Rés apartments are designed to align with the concept of developing South Quarter as the best area for work, living and lifestyle activities. We are presenting modern residential facilities that are comfortable, convenient, and allow residents to become part of a business community and a modern lifestyle,” said Yoga.

SQ Rés will consist of two towers, each with a height of 21 floors, on an area of 1.3 hectares. Each tower will have 336 unique apartments with various unit configurations, such as one-bedroom unit options with areas of 36m2 and 45m2, one-bedroom + study units with an area of 6 m2, two-bedroom units with areas of 86 m2 and 93 m2, and Dual Key units with an area of 117m2.
“Apartment units start at Rp 1.5 billion for the one-bedroom type, while the three-bedroom type with Dual Key starts at Rp 4.8 billion,” Yoga said.
