SQ Office has the highest office occupancy rate in Simatupang and over 95% of the tenants at South Quarter are multinational and Fortune 500 companies, who have chosen this space to maximise both productivity and convenience for their employees.

Connectivity
High profile companies are attracted here by the ease of access to public infrastructure and transportation systems, with excellent access to the MRT network, at a distance of just 500m from two stations. South Quarter offers an affordable Park and Ride facility and connections with TransJakarta buses to the Fatmawati and Lebak Bulus MRT stations, making it the only complex in TB Simatupang with direct access to MRT and Park and Ride amenities.

Designed for Sustainability
The office towers were designed by renowned architects WKK who are known for creating landmark design with a focus on sustainability – and therefore energy savings. With that in mind, SQ Office was the first certified Green Building complex on TB Simatupang, having received a Gold Certificate from GBCI.

Leasing SQ Office

Designed by Tom Wright, the South Quarter mixed-use development has been planned across 7.9 hectares. The first phase of the development included the 3 Office Towers and the Dome retail, events and dining zone. This award winning development offers one of the most innovative sustainable design concepts in the region.

SQ Office was completed in 2015 and include Towers A, B, and C. Every tower consists of 20 floors with 1,980 up to 2,200 sqm semigross. Each individual tower also includes its own lobby, banking facilities, praying room and pantry on every floor, executive/disabled toilets and 11 lifts (5 passenger lifts in the low zone, 6 passenger lifts in the high zone, 1 executive lift and 1 service lift).

The first phase of South Quarter includes the completed Office Towers. Currently the 2 residential towers, SQ Rés, are under construction and planned for completion in 2022.
